Who I am

I like the messy part, when the problem is still fuzzy and nobody knows exactly what to build. I connect the dots, prototype what could be, and help the team get it out the door.

My work

AI Agent Training

Meta · 2025

Most businesses gave up while correcting their AI agent. I redesigned the experience, then discovered the bigger problem wasn’t the interface; it was what we required people to approve. Saved corrections increased 4×.

AI Agents, Built for WhatsApp

Meta · 2026

Meta was bringing AI agents to some of its largest businesses on WhatsApp. I designed and prototyped the first experiences with clients, then turned what we learned into a system the broader team could reuse. It went on to support 20+ designers and partners across seven international workshops.

Growing Business AI adoption ~70×

Meta · 2025

A new Business AI feature was buried inside Ads Manager, and almost nobody was turning it on. With no PM on the workstream, I took on the product strategy alongside design, finding and shipping the adoption levers that helped grow usage ~70× in six months.

Business AI Ads: an entry point of its own

Meta · 2026

After growing Business AI adoption ~70×, one problem remained: the agent was still buried among creative enhancements. I led the design of an entry point of its own, cut competing requirements down to one decision, and showed advertisers what the AI might say in their name. It won its split test.

How I built this site

Personal · 2026

I’d shipped small fixes at Meta with Claude Code, but never a whole website. Then I built this one from scratch, launched it, threw the design out and launched it again. A lot of questions were asked.
